While reading everyday posts in facebook or news and hearing stories from friends and family, I witnessed the hardships faced by parents, students, workers who does not get paid by what they deserve, or even unemployed individuals.
-First, people are income driven. They want to earn fast. We forget why people will get or buy from you or give value to others.
-Second, people lack time to learn first. It is connected to the first thing I've said. Income driven, want fast money! Learning first, helps us do what is better and become successful. For example, you want to cook a meal. First learn the process and know the ingredients in order to have a meal cooked. Learning is essential, we cannot skip this process!
-Lastly, Start first with WHY? According to Simon Sinek, '' People don't buy what you do, they buy WHY you do it.'' The Golden Circle Framework: First, Why?, then How? and last What?
Give value to other people, how to help them and success will follow!
